The MYKA Yogurt Builder lets you design a frozen yogurt cup and see it as an illustration. This policy explains what information the builder handles when you use it.

Who we are

The builder is a MYKA Greek Frozen Yogurt ("MYKA", "we") product. Crossover Labs, MYKA's technology partner, builds and operates the builder and its servers on MYKA's behalf, and handles information only as described in this policy.

What we collect

• Your cup selections. The base, size, toppings, and bottom you choose are sent to our servers to create your illustration and are recorded in our usage logs so we can see which combinations are popular.
• Network information. Like most websites, our servers see your IP address. We use it for security and rate limiting, and we may derive an approximate location (city level) from it. We do not collect precise location.
• Share activity. We count when creations are shared or copied so we know the feature is working. The counts are anonymous.
• Saved creations. Your past creations are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They never leave your device and you can clear them any time with the Clear button.

What we do not do

• We do not require accounts and we do not collect names, emails, or payment details.
• We do not sell or rent any information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

Service providers

Your selections are processed by an image rendering service to produce the illustration. Only the selections themselves are shared for that purpose.

Retention

Usage logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the builder, then removed.
